What is a frequently asked question you receive from clients?

A regular question when we meet prospective clients is “What do you do that is different from other agents?” I respond – “the feedback from clients usually mentions our attention to detail, our obvious market knowledge, and our commitment to go the extra mile whether it’s dealing with weekend enquiries, Friday night viewings, or keeping clients constantly informed. For us that’s just normal – we love what we do”.

Which is your favourite area to sell property in, and why?

We sell all over Edinburgh and The Lothians. My personal favourites are The New Town with its Georgian splendour (I also happen to live there!), Trinity with its fine homes and city access, and The Grange & Morningside, where I lived during my student days and which remain perennially popular locations. We have sold some superb properties in these parts of Edinburgh recently.

Any favourite local spots?

Living in The New Town we are blessed with world class cafes and wine bars, butchers, grocers and fishmongers. We shop locally whenever possible. Our regular jaunts would include stop offs at The Broughton Deli for veggies and great store cupboard items, Twelve Triangles for bread, Bowers and Armstrong’s for meat & fish, all rounded off at Sotto, which serves classy Italian fare and classy wines.
