A question I get asked a lot is why I should use Cullerton’s, to which I respond by saying, unlike all the other high-end agents out there I will hold your hand through the entire process. I will personally conduct all the viewings; I will be the one negotiating with the purchasing solicitors, which is crucial as I will have already found out what their client’s budget is for buying, and they won’t know that it has been myself who has carried out the viewing.

My favourite area to sell is in Blackhall as it’s the area I live in. I like the diversity between 1930’s bungalows and Victorian & Edwardian houses. This along with many green spaces make it a very special place to live and it is extremely popular with families due to the excellent private and state schools all within walking distance.
A favourite local spot of mine is Sotto. Very local to my office, Sotto is an Enoteca & Trattoria in the heart of Stockbridge, offering an extensive selection of over 200 Italian wines and relaxed dining. They also serve up fantastic Italian coffee. Enoteca & Trattoria in the heart of Stockbridge.
